28 STEPS
1. To create an ISMA for a student, start on your dashboard.
2. Scroll down and click Reports
3. Scroll down and click Enrollment
4. Scroll down and click ISMA Form
5. Click Student ID, Name or Email and enter the student's name.
6. Select the correct student.
7. Enter 6 months for the Agreement Duration Months.
8. Select 1 for agreement duration days
9. Enter the Beginning Date of the ISMA.
10. This should be July 1 as it is the first day of the first semester.
11. Click July 1
12. Select the end date, or the end of the semester, December 20th.
13. Click on the 20th
14. Do not click SAVE yet. Select the way in which students submit assignments. Do not click all options.
15. Click small group virtual
16. Scroll down and clickindependent reading
17. Click computerized curriculum
18. Scroll down and click chapter/unit tests
19. Click quizzes
20. Click labs if relevant
21. Scroll up and click Save
22. Click OK
23. Scroll down and click Sign Here under Supervising Teacher
24. Sign your name
25. Click Save
26. Scroll up and click Email to Parent
27. Click Email to Student
28. That's it. You're done. The ISMA will be sent to the Learning Coach and Student for signature.
